Grandma

My grandma passed away in July, so I thought that I would dedicate a post to her, and some memories of her. My favorite memories about Grandma include going to Dairy Queen for Blizzards (she always got Heath Bar, and I got Oreo), Making corn bread in the waffle maker, and the smell of her Lilacs in the spring. She taught me about Naked Ladies (the flowers people, geez!), and when I went to her house I could watch Nickelodeon- we didn't have cable at our house. There are many things that I will miss about my Grandma, but I am very grateful for all of the time that I did get to spend with her. My cousin sent me this photo of her, and I love it...because it has the lilacs in it too!
